Our History Cavell & Associates CPA, LLC was established in 2000 by Scott J. Cavell, CPA. At the time, Scott was outsourcing his payroll to one of the larger payroll companies in the industry. After becoming frustrated by the lack of customer service and on going hidden fees, he discovered the need for a personalized payroll approach. He  formed Ohio Payroll Plus, LLC in 2004 with the vision of providing an all encompassing payroll package focused on customer service and no hidden charges. Following this simple business philosophy, Ohio Payroll Plus has become one of Northeast Ohio's premier payroll providers. Starting from scratch with a single client, we have since grown to service over 250 satisfied customers. We offer each client the unique ability to customize their payroll package, all without increasing their price. Today Ohio Payroll Plus has expanded to a family owned and operated business, dedicated to providing extraordinary customer service to all current and future customers for many years to come!
